Injuring this character (include limits and severity): In the course of a fight? Sure! His Shinigami form can take much more damage than his physical body, though.
Killing this character: Only with a whooooole lot of discussion first.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Ichigo's incredibly mixed heritage means that his energies are just as weirdly mixed. Telepaths and the like probably have to spend some time trying to sort of tune in to him, like trying to find a single radio station amidst a whole lot of clutter.

Spiritual Energy Sensing: Ichigo can sense the spiritual energy, or "reiatsu," of a person. His own reiatsu tends to be more than a little overwhelmingly strong, which means that he's not always the best at sensing past his own strength unless he's already fairly familiar with the person in question, whether it be as friends or as opponents. He can also generally sense people who are very strong and who are making no effort to hide themselves. (As long as you're okay with that.)
